Mine was a terrible experience. I bought a refrigerated pizza counter and a refrigerated ingredient holder. Both with problems. The first charges continuously and cools very slowly. So it takes about 2 hours for it to reach temperature. It's a 3 door. The second one had a broken probe and they sent me another probe which had clearly been fitted by my technician and after replacing the probe after 10 days we were back to business again as before. In the photo it reads 64 degrees. This means it never gets to 5 degrees as set because it freezes all the ingredients. Never again have I spent more to try to save something than I would have bought from qualified people. Qualified do you understand?

I purchased a professional 4 burner 3 days ago. Upon arrival, already from the packaging, very obvious rust spots could be seen on the surface. I immediately asked without removing the packaging, sending photographs and so on, their adamant response was to clean it with an abrasive cloth so that it would go away. Several times before doing so I reiterated that I would have scraped the steel and that the result would not have changed, here we are, I followed their instructions, the rust color has gone away but the corrosion hole has remained. To my umpteenth email I was replied that they are selling the kitchen x operation is not for aesthetics. So they can even send you a scrap which doesn't matter, the important thing is that it works. As for how it works I still haven't had the chance to assemble it because I didn't know what I had to do whether to return it or not. I see that they are very dishonest... I'm not returning it because I'm given their lack of interest, they were able to keep the money and the product too. I'll have the plan made again by someone who works with steel.
